U.S. CAD is pleased to announce a new format for our popular conference series, the BIM Workshops. We’ve gathered a lot of feedback during the last few years about how we can improve the events. That’s why we’ve decided to make a big change to the BIM Workshops in 2017. Starting February 2017, the BIM Workshops will no longer be a single-day user conference. Instead, the Workshops will transition into a series of smaller monthly events focused specifically on improving a software user’s technical knowledge.
The first series introduced as part of the new BIM Workshops is the BIM Workshops Crash Courses, hosted by U.S. CAD.
The BIM Workshops Crash Courses are free monthly, half-day overviews of key BIM solutions, such as Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Civil 3D, and drones. This series is designed for the BIM professional who wants a general intro to features, functions, and workflows. So, you shouldn’t expect to become a Revit expert after attending a Crash Course. But you should walk away with a better idea of the technology’s capabilities and how to get started with it. Most importantly, during the Crash Courses, you’ll also learn from a live Technical Expert instructor who can answer questions and recommend resources.
We are rolling the BIM Workshops Crash Courses out to our customers in Arizona and Nevada in February 2017. Please check back here or at the the U.S. CAD events page for Crash Course dates and descriptions (plus, look for a new format to the BIM Workshops website soon!).
